Who is behind Javaology Lab?
We are Benny and Jennifer Lima.
Benny has an espresso obsession, and he is a scientist, so you can see where this is going, right?
When they first met a lot of years ago, Jennifer was caffeine-free. She claimed to hate coffee. Then Benny happened.
While Benny will always be found with an espresso in hand, Jennifer is the cold-brew connoisseur. Benny and Jennifer make coffee an experience, but when Jennifer started having stomach issues and needed low-acidity options, the experience took a scientific turn which lead to Javaology Lab.
